Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy describes how 8PG fulfills orders, the carriers and couriers we use, the geographic scope of our fulfillment, the documentation we retain for every delivery, and the age verification we conduct at every step. It is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service, Membership Agreement, Refund Policy, and Chargeback Policy.
For purposes of this Shipping Policy, “8PG,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean 8PG Events. “You” and “your” mean any purchaser, member, applicant, ticket holder, reservation holder, kit recipient, or other person who receives a shipment, delivery, or digital fulfillment from 8PG.
1. Coverage
8PG ships and delivers within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to APO, FPO, DPO, or other military addresses outside the United States. We do not ship to United States territories or possessions outside the fifty states except where expressly stated at checkout for a specific product.
For cannabis adjacent and hemp derived products, additional state level restrictions apply as set out in Section 5.
2. 8PG Collection Apparel
8PG Collection apparel orders ship from our Los Angeles print house under the following terms.
- Free United States shipping. All 8PG Collection apparel orders ship with free standard shipping within the United States.
- Carrier. Apparel ships via United States Postal Service (USPS), with tracking provided at the time of fulfillment.
- Print and ship time. Standard print and ship time is 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation to delivery for most domestic addresses. Peak season, holidays, and weather may extend this window.
- Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to the address used at checkout when the order is handed off to the carrier. Tracking updates are provided by USPS and are subject to USPS service performance.
- Address accuracy. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to addresses you provided are not refundable on the basis of address error.
- Risk of loss. Per the Terms of Service, risk of loss passes to you when the item is delivered to the carrier, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Refund and return rules for apparel are set out in the Refund Policy Section 3.
3. Judges Kit and High Roller Kit — Local California Delivery
Within California, Judges Kit and High Roller kits are distributed to members in accordance with applicable California law as a member benefit under the 8PG members only private club framework. Kits are not retail sales. Kit distribution is performed by the 8PG private courier, who is dedicated to member benefit delivery and is trained in 8PG’s age verification and chain of custody standards.
- Members only club benefit framework. Receipt of a kit is conditional on active 8PG membership at the time of delivery. The 8PG private courier confirms membership status at the door before completing delivery.
- Photo at delivery. The 8PG private courier takes a photograph of the delivered kit at the door, capturing the package, the door, and the visible address number, with a time and date stamp.
- Signature at delivery. A signature is captured at delivery from an adult who is at least 21 years of age and whose identification has been visually verified by the courier. No “release without signature” option is available.
- Per delivery catalog. The 8PG private courier carries a per delivery catalog that itemizes the specific products dispensed to the member at delivery. The catalog is signed by both the courier and the recipient and is retained as part of the chain of custody record.
- Age verification at delivery. The courier conducts government issued identification verification at the door, confirms the recipient is at least 21 years of age, and records the verification per Section 10.
- Distributed in accordance with applicable California law. All local California kit distribution is conducted as a member benefit, in accordance with applicable California law, under the members only private club framework.
If no eligible adult is present at the delivery address at the time of the courier visit, the courier may schedule a redelivery or, after reasonable attempts, return the kit to the local 8PG fulfillment hub. Redelivery and reshipping fees may apply as set out in Section 9.
4. Judges Kit and High Roller Kit — Far Northern California Fulfillment
For Judges Kit and High Roller kit members whose addresses are outside the 8PG private courier service area, fulfillment is performed through a licensed hemp carrier under the 2018 Farm Bill hemp derived product framework. The licensed carrier is selected based on its hemp logistics license, chain of custody capabilities, and age verification protocol.
- 2018 Farm Bill posture. All products fulfilled through the licensed hemp carrier are hemp derived under the 2018 Farm Bill and are accompanied by full hemp documentation.
- Certificate of Analysis (COA). Each kit ships with the applicable batch level Certificate of Analysis from an accredited testing laboratory, confirming cannabinoid content and confirming that the product complies with the Farm Bill threshold.
- Lab tests. Lab test documentation is included with the kit and is retained by 8PG as part of the chain of custody record.
- Farm Bill compliance documentation. Hemp Farm Bill compliance documentation is included with the shipment and is available on request.
- Age verified address. The destination address is age verified at the point of purchase through the 21 and older click wrap acknowledgment and is verified again by the licensed carrier at delivery through government issued identification.
- Carrier tracking. The licensed hemp carrier provides tracking, delivery confirmation, and signature capture, which 8PG retains as part of the Chargeback Policy Compelling Evidence Index.
If the licensed carrier cannot complete delivery due to age verification failure, address error, or recipient unavailability, the kit may be held at the carrier facility for pickup or returned to 8PG. Reshipping fees may apply as set out in Section 9.
5. Restricted States for Hemp Product
The following states are currently identified as restricted states for hemp derived product shipment based on state level rules in effect at the time of this Policy. This list is subject to counsel review and may be updated at any time without notice. 8PG reserves the right to add, remove, or modify states on this list as state rules change.
- Idaho
- Arkansas
- Rhode Island
- Tennessee
- New Hampshire
In addition to the states listed above, 8PG reserves the right to decline to ship hemp derived product to any state, address, or recipient where 8PG determines, in its reasonable discretion, that shipment is not consistent with applicable law, applicable carrier policy, applicable card network policy, or 8PG’s compliance posture.
If your shipping address is in a restricted state, your hemp derived kit order will not be fulfilled and you will be contacted at info@8pgevents.com to arrange a refund consistent with the Refund Policy or a substitution where available. Non hemp products in the same order, including 8PG Collection apparel, are not affected by the restriction and will ship as ordered.
6. King of Jars Tickets
King of Jars 2026 event tickets are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping for event tickets. Following payment confirmation, a ticket confirmation email is sent to the address used at checkout, with a unique reservation identifier and instructions for check in at the event. A digital wallet pass, QR code, or other digital credential may also be issued at 8PG’s option closer to the event date.
You are responsible for keeping your ticket confirmation, reservation identifier, and any digital credential secure. Lost, copied, screenshot resold, or otherwise compromised credentials are governed by the Terms of Service Section 11 (Ticket Transfers, Resale, Scalping, and Fraud).
7. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
For every shipment and delivery, 8PG retains a delivery confirmation record consistent with the Chargeback Policy Compelling Evidence Index.
- USPS apparel shipments. Tracking number, full scan history from acceptance through delivery, and delivery confirmation timestamp at the destination ZIP code.
- Licensed hemp carrier shipments. Carrier waybill, scan history, age verified delivery signature, and Certificate of Analysis reference.
- 8PG private courier deliveries. Courier photograph of the delivered package at the door, signature of the receiving adult, per delivery catalog signed by both parties, government issued identification verification record, and timestamp.
To access your delivery receipt, contact 8PG at info@8pgevents.com with your order identifier. 8PG will provide the available delivery confirmation record within 5 business days.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact 8PG at info@8pgevents.com within 14 calendar days of the expected delivery date (for lost shipments) or 14 calendar days of delivery confirmation (for damaged shipments). Include:
- The order identifier.
- The tracking number or courier reference.
- Date and time stamped photographs of any visible carton or product damage.
- A description of the issue.
For USPS shipments, 8PG will open a carrier insurance claim and will replace the affected line item once the carrier confirms loss or damage, at 8PG’s option. For licensed hemp carrier shipments, 8PG will work with the carrier under the carrier’s hemp logistics policy to resolve loss or damage. For 8PG private courier deliveries, 8PG will replace the affected line item from local inventory where available, at 8PG’s option.
Claims submitted after the 14 day window are not eligible.
9. Undeliverable Addresses
If a shipment cannot be delivered to the address you provided due to incorrect address, address that does not exist, refused delivery, age verification failure at the door, recipient unavailable after reasonable carrier or courier attempts, or any other condition outside 8PG’s reasonable control, you must contact 8PG at info@8pgevents.com within 14 calendar days of the undeliverable notice to arrange redelivery.
Reshipping fees apply to any redelivery and will be quoted at the time of arrangement. Reshipping fees reflect the actual cost of the second delivery attempt and any required age verification or chain of custody documentation. No refund is available for undeliverable orders under the Refund Policy once shipment has been attempted, unless the undeliverability was caused by 8PG.
If you do not contact 8PG within 14 calendar days to arrange redelivery, the kit may be returned to inventory and the order forfeited. No refund applies in that case.
10. Age Verification
8PG distributes hemp derived product and operates 21 and older events. Age verification is required at every step.
- At checkout. Every checkout flow that involves a kit, ticket, or membership benefit requires you to affirmatively confirm you are at least 21 years of age through an unchecked click wrap checkbox. The 21 and older attestation, timestamp, IP address, and user agent are recorded and retained as part of the Chargeback Policy Compelling Evidence Index.
- At delivery. For every local California 8PG private courier kit delivery, the courier inspects government issued identification at the door, confirms the recipient is at least 21 years of age, and records the verification. For every far northern California licensed hemp carrier kit delivery, the carrier conducts equivalent age verification per the carrier’s hemp logistics protocol.
- At event entry. For King of Jars 2026 and other 21 and older events, event staff and security conduct age verification at check in. Refer to the Terms of Service Section 13 (Security Screening and Searches).
- Failure to verify. Any recipient who cannot verify they are at least 21 years of age at the door will not receive the kit. The kit will be returned, redelivery will be required, and reshipping fees may apply per Section 9. No refund applies to a kit that cannot be delivered due to age verification failure.

12. Modifications
8PG may modify, update, revise, supplement, replace, or amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes are effective when posted on 8pgevents.com or otherwise made available, unless a later effective date is stated. The version of this Shipping Policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
The restricted states list in Section 5 may be updated more frequently than the rest of this Policy as state level rules change. The version of the restricted states list in effect at the time your order is processed controls.
