KING OF JARS is a controlled competition built to identify the strongest entries under real conditions. Two categories. A limited field of competitors. $20,000 to first place in each, with winners revealed live at a full scale 8PG event in Los Angeles. Entries are due July 25, with kits distributed by August 1.

Each entry moves through a blind, structured process designed to give judges the space to evaluate properly. Judging runs through August 31, with all scoring submitted through secure, kit specific pages. Each category includes 110 judges, made up of 100 judges kits available for purchase and 10 invited judges, with scoring split evenly between 8PG members and invited judges. The competition concludes on September 19 at a full scale 8PG event in Los Angeles, where the winners are revealed live.

Judges kits are delivered in battery operated, temperature controlled coolers to maintain integrity from start to finish.
